What is CNTXT's Portal for Google Cloud?

CNTXT's online portal is a platform where companies and individual customers in Saudi Arabia can easily procure Google Cloud services using a credit card.

Who can use this online portal?

Both companies and individual customers in Saudi Arabia can use this portal to access and purchase Google Cloud services.

What services are available through the portal?

By signing up for the CNTXT portal, you’ll gain access to all Google Cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, big data, machine learning, and more.

I am a startup and don't have Company Registration (CR Number) yet.

You can register as an individual and later you would be able to move your projects to your company account.

How do I sign up for the portal?

Visit cloud.cntxt.com and sign up using your Google credentials.. Follow the instructions to create an account and start procuring Google Cloud services.

Why should I purchase Google Cloud through CNTXT?

CNTXT is the exclusive reseller for Google Cloud in the kingdom. All billing and payment will be through CNTXT.

Can I subscribe to Google Maps?
Yes, by signing up to CNTXT portal, you can also use Google Maps APIs from the Google Cloud Console.

How do I manage my Google Cloud Services?
To manage Google Cloud services, visit the Google Cloud Console at  console.cloud.google.com. CNTXT portal is only for managing billing, payments, and support.

Payment and Billing

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payments via credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and MADA). Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No, there is no minimum purchase amount. You can purchase as little or as much as you need.

How will I be billed for my subscription?

You will be billed on the 3rd and charged on the 6th of each month for your prior month's Google Cloud consumption.

Can I view my billing history?

Yes, you can view your billing history and download invoices from your account dashboard on the portal.

Are there any additional fees?

No, there are no additional fees. The price you see for each service is the price you pay.

How do I manage my account settings?

You can manage your account settings by logging into the portal and navigating to the 'Account Settings' section.

What should I do to log into an account?

Your user identity is Google identity.

How do I update my payment information?

From cloud.cntxt.com, go to the 'Manage Payment' section in your account settings to update your credit card details.

How do I get technical support?
